Who we are:
Mele Consulting, Inc. is an independent third party consulting and administration firm. We provide consulting and administration services for all types of employee benefit plans. Our primary specialty is Defined Benefit retirement plans.
Our clients range in size from one to several hundred participants. We can design a plan for any type of business entity, including corporations, s-corporations, sole proprietors, professional corporations, etc.
Our offices are located in Salt Lake City, but we have clients throughout the country.

Patrick J. Mele, M.A.A.A., E.A.
Patrick is an Enrolled Actuary and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Patrick has over 20 years of experience administering and consulting for retirement plans. Prior to founding Mele Consulting in 2008, he was a Consulting Actuary at Morgan Actuarial Services, and at M Financial Group, Benefit Solutions in Portland, Oregon working on the design and administration of Non-qualified Executive Benefit Programs. Patrick received his B.A. in Mathematics from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR
